We do not give any immigration advise but we refer our clients to directly work with trustworthy professional immigration attorney’s for immigration advise, documentation and representations with USCIS or appropriate authorities.

ANG Investment Based Migration
(1) Global Expansion: We help your business to expand to USA. We provide you with strategy, structure, local directorship, competitor analysis or facilitate other services as required. Our expertise is towards business turnaround and growth strategies. We can help you achieve your business goals in respect of Mergers & Acquisitions, EB5, E2 OR Intra-Company transfers such as L1.
(2) EB5: Overseas investors can invest in a qualified business in USA with minimum $900,000 if the business is based in the “Targeted Employment area” or $1,800,000 for all other locations. Besides the invested amounts, the “Source of Funds” is a very important considerations for USCIS to grant the conditional green card to the entire investor family (Husband, Wife and all unmarried children under 21) and after they reach USA the investor has to create and maintain new Jobs within USA. We can guide and advise you on the entire process in terms of business evaluation, business investment as well as job creation. We also represent projects which can take away all your headaches and risks of starting, managing and creation of 10 new jobs for you.
(3) E2 – USA has E2 treaty with many countries with which their nationals can invest minimum about $150,000 to own and run a business which can create jobs and benefit the USA economy. This category does not lead to “Greencard” but one can stay in USA for doing business as long as they can show that they can run the business successfully and profitably. India and China nationals are specifically excluded but you can talk to us to work out alternate solutions to achieve E2.
(4) L1-This category is meant for senior management executives or for those with specific technical skills. There are various conditions which need to be met which can be discussed with our preferred immigration attorney’s. We help you with the buying & starting of the business’s and strategic advice.

(1) We have 4 offices as Franchisee of “Transworld Business Advisors” which is the largest business brokerage firm with offices in over 10 countries. We can help you buy or sell any business within USA, AUSTRALIA or DUBAI. We have a great team which can assist you.
(2) We represent over 300 franchises whereby you can acquire “business in a box”, get full training and ongoing support to start and manage your franchise business.
(3) If you have a successful business idea and want to expand it by way of “becoming a franchisor” then also we can assist you.
ANG CAPITAL
At this division we acquire small business’s turn it around and after certain profitability and valuation, we flip it. At this stage we use it through our own internal funding. But we plan to create “Real Estate Fund” as well as “Small Business Growth Fund” which can benefit more of our passive investors.
